How do I add someone?

Open Mimlo and tap Add friends. Share your five-letter code, link, or QR code—or enter theirs. The other person always gets to review the profile and accept the friend request.

Why didn’t a Mimlo appear on my Lock Screen?

Check that Notifications and Live Activities are enabled for Mimlo in iOS Settings. Low Power Mode, network conditions, or system delivery limits can delay an update. Open Mimlo once after installing so the app can finish registering your device.

A photo says “Tap to see.” What should I do?

Tap the button in the Live Activity while you’re online. Mimlo uses it to securely fetch the missing image. If it still doesn’t load, open the app and check your connection.

Can strangers send to my Lock Screen?

No. Only people you have accepted as friends can send you a Mimlo. You can remove a friend from their profile or history screen at any time.

How do I change my name or photo?

Open Mimlo, go to Settings, and select Edit profile. Your updated profile will appear for friends and on future invitations.

How do I delete my account?

Use Delete account in Mimlo’s Settings. If you cannot access the app, visit our account deletion page and contact us from the email connected through Sign in with Apple.
